Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Textura and Procore. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. A positive attitude and a desire to grow within a close-knit, family-oriented company. Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred. A supportive, family-oriented work environment. Accounting Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)
MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER
Location : Boynton Beach, FL 33426
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM (flexibility for occasional late hours)
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Position Overview :
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role offers great potential for growth, with an opportunity to transition into a permanent position. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a team player, and eager to grow within a family-oriented business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Accounts Payable department by processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and addressing vendor inquiries.
- Support the financial team with data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports, organize receipts, and maintain accounting documentation.
- Collaborate with office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with additional accounting and office tasks as needed.
