Ready to make a real impact DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC) the global leader in DNA relationship testing is looking for an Inside Sales Associate who thrives on helping people through life-changing decisions. No need for years of experiencebring your go-getter attitude empathy and consultative mindset and well teach you the art of relationship-based sales.

Youll guide customers through sensitive situations with professionalism educate them on our services and close sales that truly matter. After 90 days of training enjoy work-from-home flexibility and join a team that values growth and purpose.

Qualifications :

  • One (1) to two (2) years of previous sales experience (retail inside sales or logistics).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion.
  • Results-driven and able to maintain and sustain individual and company goals.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient computer and typing skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality.
  • Completion of HIPPA training.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Frequent use of a headset and computer to process customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers via phone and digital platforms.

  • Monday-Friday 11am-8pm
