The Opportunity :

This is a pivotal leadership role at a Level II Trauma Center , overseeing a high-impact portfolio that includes :

  • Emergency Department
  • Critical Care
  • Stepdown (DOU)
  • Pre-Hospital Services

    • You’ll report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and work alongside an accomplished team of five direct-report managers. This is an opportunity to :

  • Drive innovation and best practices across emergency and critical care services.
  • Enhance quality outcomes , operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing clinical culture .

    • Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees required, one of which must be in Nursing; Doctorate preferred .
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role .
  • Proven ability to lead complex clinical operations and drive performance improvement.
  • Understanding of California nursing laws.
