This is a full-time role with flexibility, but you should be available for collaborative core hours between 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM ET.

2 positions available. One will be based in Columbus, OH offering a mix of hybrid / remote work. 2nd position can be remote from within EST / CST.

What You'll Do

As a senior member of the team, you'll help shape both the solution and the client relationship.

Your work will include :

• Designing, building, testing, and deploying scalable software systems end-to-end.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Applying modern engineering practices : Git, automated testing, CI / CD, cloud-based deployment.
• Leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP to architect modern applications (or showing eagerness to upskill).
• Exploring new tools and technologies to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Guiding engineering best practices and mentoring teammates.
• Working directly with clients, building trust, communicating clearly, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
