Title : Accounting Manager - Treasury

Location : Bradenton, FL

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 professionals across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions.
  • Oversee treasury-related transactional accounting, ensuring timely and accurate processing of cash flows and financial data.
  • Maintain integrity and accuracy of financial records, reconciliations, and reporting within treasury operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize cash management and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with the Controller to align treasury activities with broader financial strategies and support organizational growth.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP.
  • Proficiency in Excel with strong analytical skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
