Utilization Management Integration Lead

A company is looking for an Associate Principal, Utilization Management Integrations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Lead cross-functional teams to define integration strategies aligning with health plan goals and product roadmaps

Serve as the primary liaison for high-value payer accounts, managing escalations and driving product expansion

Define KPIs and success metrics to measure integration impact and program performance

Required Qualifications :

5+ years in utilization management, care management, or healthcare operations within a health plan or healthcare technology organization

4+ years of customer management experience in healthcare or health plan relations

Strong understanding of health plan operations, systems integration, and interoperability

Familiarity with AI technologies

Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Gainsight, and Confluence
