We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead and oversee all aspects of marketing for our organization. This individual will be responsible for driving conversions, optimizing digital presence, and ensuring that our brand consistently reaches and engages the right audiences. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, GEO, analytics, and marketing strategies.
This role will oversee all marketing initiatives across our 3 brands- Spot Zero Reverse Osmosis, Elite Marine A / C and Southern Marine Supply. Together, we are at the forefront of the marine industry, dedicated to delivering innovative products, top-quality service, and superior customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to support organizational goals and growth.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, GEO, PPC, paid media, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Drive conversion-focused campaigns that optimize lead generation and sales funnel performance.
- Lead content strategy and oversee performance analytics to identify what content is working and what needs improvement.
- Manage review analytics, KPIs, and ROI reporting to evaluate campaign performance and guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Oversee marketing and digital information campaigns tailored to international / overseas clients.
- Partner with external vendors, agencies, and consultants to support marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to keep the organization competitive in the digital landscape.
- Build, mentor, and lead the marketing team to deliver high-impact results.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, GEO, PPC, and analytics-driven decision-making.Strong understanding of content marketing and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).Experience managing marketing strategies for international or multi-regional clients a plus.Demonstrated ability to measure and report on marketing ROI and KPIs.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Work Environment & Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office position | Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM or 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PMCompensation & Benefits
