Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client accounts and building strong relationships with customers
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities tailored to client needs
- Utilize data analysis to monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account management and strategy execution
- Prepare and present reports on account status, challenges, and growth opportunities
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication
