Healthcare Scheduling Specialist

A company is looking for a Schedule Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient referrals and visit schedules using an automated scheduling system

Process workflow for scheduled, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, declined, and delivered visits

Monitor pending referrals and assign professionals for start of care visits

Required Qualifications

High school education or equivalent experience

1+ years of scheduling experience in a healthcare setting using an online scheduling system (preferred)

Working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing OASIS visits (preferred)
