Insurance Sales Development Representative

Location : Wheaton, IL

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Pay : $21–$25 / hr (Weekly Pay) + Bonuses & Incentives

Type : Temp-to-Hire (with path to permanent role) Work Setting : In-office (not remote)

About the Role

Are you a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individual ready to launch a new career in insurance sales? We are seeking Sales Development Representatives to join our growing branch in Wheaton, IL. Bilingual candidates (English / Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply. Insurance experience is preferred but not required — we’ll provide the tools and training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to current and prospective customers through targeted campaigns

Generate opportunities for Licensed Sales Agents to quote and bind coverage

Document activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Schedule follow-up appointments for Licensed Sales Agents using X-Dating technology

Support the sales team by creating opportunities within the community

Training & Development

Internal training and development led by agency leadership

Third-party training from organizations specializing in the insurance industry

Company-paid marketing to help you succeed from day one

Growth Path

Temp-to-Hire role with weekly pay and eligibility for bonuses and incentives

Must be willing to take the insurance licensing exam (company reimburses exam fees)

Once licensed, you’ll be able to sell policies directly and earn commissions

Clear career path to grow into a Licensed Sales Agent role

Strong communication skills; bilingual English / Spanish preferred

Basic computer skills and ability to work in CRM systems

Insurance or sales experience a plus, but not required
