• Ability to serve food in a gracious and sanitary manner : to set up and maintain the orderly appearance of the dining room; and to assist in minor food preparation.
• Ability to serve food from a tray or cart in a gracious manner. This includes the ability to announce menu selections.
• Ability to follow Residents' Rights policies at all times. This includes the ability to maintain the confidentiality of resident care information.
