Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living, transferring and positioning of client, observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions, companionship and conversation, other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requirements :

18+ years of age, high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, reliable transportation.
