Your New Role

This is an office-based role in Conshohocken, PA, proudly serving a broad region that includes Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and the entire state of Delaware. You’ll :

Review customer invitations to quote on Commercial and Industrial HVAC projects.

Coordinate with the sales team to target high-impact opportunities

Prioritize and manage multiple jobs simultaneously

Create and manage the quotes schedule for the company

Download project plans and specifications for review

Perform accurate take-offs and develop comprehensive estimates

Apply your understanding of HVAC systems to ensure competitive and accurate bids

Use your strong computer skills to manage digital files, estimating tools, and schedules

1–2 years of commercial / industrial estimating experience within construction

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong customer service skills are a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient computer skills; able to work with digital plans and specs

An understanding of HVAC systems is highly preferred

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
