A company is looking for a Prescription Drug Plan Specialist to enhance the member experience through collaboration and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Review and score customer service calls, identifying trends and coaching agents
Resolve escalated member complaints and perform root cause analysis
Participate in team meetings to discuss trends and contribute to process improvements
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in pharmacy, Medicare Prescription Drug Plan, or customer service
Understanding of Medicare Part D and related processes is a plus
Technical proficiency in Sharepoint, Xcelys, AWS, and Excel
Experience in complaint resolution and call center quality oversight
