Mail Room Clerk

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience, preferred
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Familiarity with office printers, ie: scanning, printing, faxing.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions based on client requirements.
• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Process incoming mail based on client requirements.
• Print letters for mailing.
• Ability to work sorting, stuffing and stamping machine.
• Packing boxes and printing labels for FedEx mailings
• Support team members with other projects as needed (be a team player)
• Ability to work under pressure during peak times

TRAINING AND WORK SCHEDULES: Your new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CST, mandatory on camera attendance is required.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:30am- 4:00pm CST.

Anticipated hourly range: $15.00 per hour - $19.00 per hour
