Barista

Major Food Group has opened Sadelle's in Dallas at the beautiful Highland Park Village and is looking for experienced Baristas to join our team!

Sadelle’s is a modern ode to New York’s classic tradition of all-day dining and is home to the most elaborate bagel and lox towers, oysters, soups, salads, sandwiches and more! The Dallas location features a grab-and-go cafe, offering a complete experience serving dine-in brunch and dinner, all-day coffee and pastries, as well as to-go items like salads, fish by the pound and a rotisserie chicken meal for four.

Responsibilities:

• Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring each drink meets our quality standards.
• Polishing and Maintenance: During downtime, assist with polishing glassware and cutlery, as well as keeping the coffee station tidy.
• Running Tickets: Deliver beverages to tables during lunch service efficiently and accurately, supporting the front-of-house team. Dinner service coffees will be made, and a runner will be requested to deliver the coffee beverages.
• Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy lunch periods.
• Inventory Support: Help monitor coffee supplies and equipment, reporting any issues to the manager on duty.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Job Requirements:

• Saturday/Sunday weekend availability required
• Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
• Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
• Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
• Team-orientated and positive attitude
• Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants preferred but not required
