Position: CDL-A Truck Driver

Hiring Area: Rockford, IL 61101

Weekly Pay: $1,425 to $1,465

Flint Logistics is hiring CDL-A truck drivers. Drivers in this position operate across the lower 48 states moving a variety of freight while working with an experienced operations team that focuses on safety, communication, and consistent dispatch planning.

This role offers steady miles, modern equipment, and dependable scheduling designed to help drivers maintain productivity on the road while planning regular home time.

Position Details

• Weekly Pay – $1,425 to $1,465
• Weekend home time when operational schedules allow
• Late-model tractors equipped with current safety technology
• Consistent dispatch planning with experienced operations support
• Dedicated driver managers available for communication and trip assistance

Drivers operate well-maintained equipment and work with a dispatch team focused on efficient routing and reliable freight planning. Our operations and safety staff are available to assist drivers while they are on the road.

Orientation and Onboarding

New drivers attend a four-day paid orientation designed to help them transition smoothly into the operation. Flint Logistics covers travel, lodging, and meals during orientation so drivers can focus on learning company procedures, safety expectations, and dispatch communication processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL
Current DOT Medical Card
At least one year of professional CDL-A driving experience
