The incumbent is responsible for a major specialty program or programs at a multiple divisions facility. Incumbent may be responsible for the Service Line within one or multi divisions (Topeka / Leavenworth) and 9 CBOCS. He / she assumes professional, technical, and administrative responsibilities for programs extended to these areas as assigned The incumbent may be responsible for various fund control points assigned to the program within the assigned areas.
