B.H, Inc is seeking an enthusiastic Tower Foreman to join our traveling team based out of Windsor, CO. This is an exciting opportunity for a safety-conscious, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere and is eager for growth. As a Tower Foreman, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining the critical communication networks that connect communities. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $28-$34 per hour, commensurate with experience. Your schedule will typically be 7 AM-5 PM, Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, with occasional extended hours or weekend work depending on project demands and weather conditions, as this Tower Technician role involves frequent travel. Qualifications

We are seeking a proactive Tower Foreman who meets the following :

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years of crew leadership experience.
• Competent Climber & Rescue Certification.
• Experience with rigging, hoisting and safety planning.
• Strong knowledge of RF systems, PI testing, sweep testing, grounding, and cable routing.
