About the Job

General Description :

The Lead Concrete Construction Foreman will oversee a dedicated crew and provide vital support to the superintendent. In this role, you will assist in scheduling and managing specific aspects of projects, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality results.

Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate the timely submission of timecards for all field personnel.
  • Perform precise layout and verification of dimensions for panels and slabs.
  • Effectively organize job responsibilities and tasks for carpentry team members.
  • Collaborate with the superintendent to address daily project needs.
  • Work with the superintendent to identify materials and tools required for daily tasks.
  • Demonstrate technical skills using tools while providing guidance to the crew.
  • Propose effective solutions for adjustments required during the construction process.
  • Direct the erection of tilt panels ensuring safety and structural integrity.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all project-related paperwork.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Foreman role.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings with clarity.
  • Strong physical stamina and strength for performing various tasks.
  • Knowledge of tilt-up panels and associated processes is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to work weekends if necessary.
  • Able to provide essential hand tools for carpentry work.
  • OSHA Certification or a commitment to obtain one.

    • Working Conditions :

  • Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
  • Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
