Compensation : $70,000 - $80,000 + benefits

The company is expanding its finance team and seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support continued global growth and ensure financial accuracy, integrity, and operational excellence.

About the Role

As a Senior Staff Accountant , you'll play a key role in managing complex accounting functions, ensuring GAAP compliance, and supporting both month-end and year-end close processes. You'll collaborate across departments to drive reporting accuracy, enhance processes, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and assist with audits and regulatory reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for efficiency or cost control.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting processes.
• Contribute to process-improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy and compliance.
