Key Responsibilities
Design and implement the Customer Success function, including strategy and performance metrics
Hire, develop, and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers, focusing on customer onboarding and retention
Build scalable systems across the customer journey, leveraging automation and data insights
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields in SaaS or EdTech
Direct teaching or early childhood education experience or strong knowledge of early childhood programs
Experience building or scaling a Customer Success team, including hiring and coaching
Strong understanding of subscription metrics and customer engagement analytics
Proactive leadership style with a willingness to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment
