A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their value drivers and accessibility goals
Develop and implement strategies to enhance product adoption and customer engagement
Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring alignment with their goals
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role in a software or SaaS organization
Metrics-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to manage a large portfolio of customers
Proven ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including technical and executive levels
Strong understanding of annual recurring revenue (ARR) and SaaS business models
Experience with CRM systems such as Gainsight or Salesforce
