A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II who will focus on building and maintaining customer relationships while enhancing website performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage customer accounts and provide monthly product review reporting and optimization recommendations
Analyze and review customers' digital performance and complete website edits while troubleshooting issues
Communicate strategy and KPIs to cross-functional teams and assist in driving customer retention and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Google Analytics Certified
2+ years of account management and / or dealership experience
Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
