Our client, a leading innovator in the augmented reality and virtual reality industry, is seeking a Technical Lead Software Development to join their team. As a Technical Lead Software Development, you will be part of the AR / VR hardware development department supporting cutting-edge hardware prototyping and software integration. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range :   $85 / hr + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Lead a small cross-functional team of engineers and technicians to develop innovative AR / VR hardware software tools.
• Design and implement calibration and data collection software using C++ and Python to support hardware prototyping.
• Guide daily engineering tasks, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with hardware and manufacturing teams for seamless system integration.
• Create detailed software specifications, documentation, and testing protocols to ensure reliability and performance.
