We have immediate openings for qualified professionals eager to support our diverse range of clients and participate in exciting urban mega projects as well as rural initiatives. Opportunities are available in the Harrisonburg, VA, Springfield, VA, and Virginia Beach, VA areas.

What you need to thrive :

• 2 - 6+ years of experience working on various highway projects, including bridge construction, roadway, utility, and asphalt paving.
• VDOT certifications are highly desirable.
• Previous experience with VDOT is a significant advantage.
• Expertise in bridge construction and / or as a Site Manager is preferred.
• Must be willing to pass a pre-employment drug screening to contribute to a safe and efficient workplace. Compliance with federal testing guidelines, including marijuana regulations, is essential.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR).
• As necessary, a post-offer fit-for-duty evaluation to ensure the ability to safely perform essential job functions.
