The General Manager is responsible for the quantitative and qualitative results of their units; while ensuring compliance with all Company Policies & Procedures.

3 Years as General Manager in a QSR or Casual Dining Environment or 1 Year as a Mighty Taco Manager. The More Experience You Have Will Increase Your Salary. * High School Diploma or Equivalent. Education Beyond Highschool Will Increase Your Salary. * ServSafe Certification (Preferred). A Current Certification Will Increase Your Salary. * Time Management, Organizational Skills, Leadership, Communications Skills. * 5 day / 45 hour minimum work week. Must be able to work a variety of shifts anywhere from 7 am- 2 am , including weekends and be available 24/7 to address communications from store personnel, Corporate Office personnel, and the Company’s Alarm Monitoring service. * Must have a willingness to work at any Mighty Taco * Reliable Telephone & Transportation
