Manufacturing Operator

Apex Microtechnology is hiring a Manufacturing Operator. This is an entry-level position that will require the candidate to learn multiple areas of manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have great attention to detail, a high level of drive, and a willingness to learn new processes and must be able to work well with others in a group environment.

Current opportunities :

2nd Shift (Monday - Thursday) 3 : 20pm - 1 : 50am (must be able to train on the 1st shift schedule for up to 3 months)

Pay details :

This is an entry-level position with a starting pay of $16.50 per hour.

2nd shift receives a 9% shift differential on top of the base pay.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

Set up and operate a variety of manufacturing equipment

Inspect parts under a microscope

Obtain qualifications for multiple areas and procedures

Complete paperwork and computer information as requested

Perform other related duties as requested.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Willing to learn new objectives and methods

Willing and able to work overtime when scheduled

Ability to work with small, delicate parts

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with electronics manufacturing

Microscope experience
