On behalf of our client, a venture-backed startup operating at the intersection of real estate, decentralized governance, and financial technology, we are looking to hire a highly trusted, hands-on Finance Manager.

We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership, is driven, hungry and has a get-things-done mentality.

Our client is developing globally replicable, community-driven hubs supported by innovative internal financial systems. As they prepare for significant expansion, they are looking to hire a Finance Manager to streamline complex, multi-entity financial operations and support the next stage of growth.

What You'll Be Doing :

This is not a purely strategic role; you will be the backbone of the financial operations, focused on diligence, efficiency, and accuracy. You will report directly to the CEO, working in a close partnership to ensure financial integrity and operational speed.

Operational Finance Mastery : Fully own and manage all transactional finance across six corporate entities (handling property ownership, operations, and technology). This includes managing multiple bank accounts, processing payments to vendors and the team, and ensuring zero missed deadlines.
Process Streamlining & Automation : Identify and execute opportunities to automate up to 90% of current manual financial processes using AI, Excel, and other tools, turning a current bottleneck into a scalable system.
Reporting & Compliance : Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports for investors. Directly manage communication and workflow with external tax advisors.
Strategic Support : Assist the CEO with financial modeling, contract reading, and supporting the fundraise process, including managing investor relations for committed capital.
Ecosystem Integration : Work with the founding team to support the Q1 launch of proprietary stablecoin and internal financial infrastructure, demonstrating enthusiasm for the crypto-native culture of the company.

What We're Looking For :

We are seeking a generalist who is defined by loyalty, diligence, pragmatism, and a keen eye for accuracy.

Must-Haves :

Experience : 1+ years of finance experience in fast-paced startup environments, ready to handle both transactional and strategic responsibilities.

Operational Excellence : Proven track record in high-volume banking and payments management, with an obsession for accuracy to avoid costly errors.

Tool Competency : Proficiency with tools like QuickBooks and advanced Excel / modeling capabilities.

Culture Fit : You are humble, optimistic, and radically candid with a strong action mindset. You must be willing to learn and work directly with the CEO without needing a large team.

Contract & Tax Knowledge : Ability to read basic contracts and experience working directly with tax advisors.

Crypto Enthusiasm : A positive attitude and openness towards crypto and the decentralized economy, even if you don't have deep blockchain experience.

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience supporting equity / debt raises and managing basic investor communications.

Prior experience working in close partnership with a Founder or C-Level Executive.
