The Bureau of Information and Technology (BIT) has a full-time permanent position open for a Support Services Analyst. Under administrative supervision applies depth of knowledge and skill in complex and varied work situations while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include imaging and deployment of computers installing and configuring software and peripherals and assisting users during deployments. Other duties include but not limited to; troubleshooting hardware / software failures processing break / fix tickets network equipment replacements and documentation.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

Associates Degree or 2 years work experience in a related computer support field is preferred.
