We're looking for hands-on engineers with expertise and passion for solving complex problems in distributed database systems, caching, storage infrastructure, transaction processing, and highly available services. Required Skills :

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating distributed systems or cloud services
• Proven track record of owning large features end-to-end : problem definition, design, implementation, rollout, and ongoing operation (SLOs / metrics)
• Strong CS fundamentals : data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking, and distributed systems concepts
• Deep knowledge of Linux and Linux internals (process scheduling, memory management, filesystems, networking)
• Experience designing multi-tenant, highly available, and scalable services (HA, DR, capacity planning)
• Proficiency in one or more of : Java, Go, C / C++, or Rust; plus scripting (Python / Bash)
• Production-grade observability (metrics, logs, tracing) and performance profiling / tuning
• Security-minded engineering : secure coding, authN / Z, TLS, secrets management
• Experience working on open source software / contributions to open source Redis / memcached / Cassandra / PSQL is a strong plus.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
