Supply Chain Proposal Analyst

Supply chain CH-53K proposal team. Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of all proposals for the CH-53K program in partnership with the United States Government. Drive strategic alignment, ensure compliance with contractual requirements, and deliver compelling, win-focused proposals that support mission-critical supply chain objectives.

Develops, manages and executes proposals in accordance with estimating policy, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) & Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) requirements, USG Bus. System Requirements & other govt. regulations.

Acts as the proposal lead on proposals compiling supplier bids and bid substantiation per the Request For Proposal (RFP) specs.

Coordinates with other functional departments.

Monitors proposal process to ensure policies / procedures are being thoroughly & consistently implemented.

Possesses comprehensive written & oral communications skills.

Ability to analyze supplier provided bid data to develop accurate and competitive proposals.

Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with internal and external groups.

Knowledge of Industry Standards : Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to proposals and contracts.

Time Management : Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Full-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office / job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
