Position : Youth Support Worker | Direct Support Professional

Location : Hope Homes - Holyoke | Willingboro, NJ 08046

Pay : $18.50 per hour

Job Type : On-Call | Short Hour (SUB)

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of adolescents.

Join our team as a Direct Support Professional | Youth Support Worker and together, we will continue providing a safe , supervised and structured residential setting for at-risk adolescents.

The Ideal Youth Support Worker | Direct Support Professional

• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Has knowledge and understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by individuals with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.
• Can assist with daily living activities and implement behavior management strategies.
• Demonstrates composure in challenging situations, exhibiting patience and understanding.
