Your Impact as an Accountant :

As an Accountant, you will play a key role in financial operations, balancing both accounting and accounts payable responsibilities :

• Process journal entries in QuickBooks
• Prepare month-end variance reports, balance sheets, and financial statements
• Manage AP functions : process invoices (including complex invoices), maintain vendor lists, and communicate with vendors
• Monitor the AP email inbox and ensure timely responses
• Keep the purchasing system organized and accurate
• Split responsibilities : 50% AP and 50% Accountant duties
