Job Summary

Restaurant Associates at Harvard Treehouse is seeking a dynamic Catering Operations Manager to lead the planning and execution of all on premise events. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences.

What You’ll Do :

• Collaborate with clients to design menus and event details within budget
• Coordinate with chefs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution
• Hire, train, and schedule catering staff
• Manage vendor contracts, event logistics, and financial records
• Ensure high-quality service and resolve client concerns
• Be hands on during events to ensure operational excellence and coach your team to continuous improvement
• Review event performance and drive continuous improvement / innovation
