CNC Machinist II - 2nd Shift

Job Description

We're partnering with a top manufacturing client, located in Wilmington, MA seeking an experienced CNC Machinist III. This is a hands-on role for a senior-level machinis t skilled in setup, troubleshooting, and light programming.

Location : Wilmington, MA

Employment Type : Direct Hire

Shift : 2nd Shift - 4 : 00pm - 12am

Pay : $29-$45 / hr (based on experience)

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and program CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDMs
• Machine precision components to tight tolerances
• Interpret complex blueprints, models, and specs
• Recommend tooling, speeds / feeds, and process improvements
• Troubleshoot machining issues + make minor program edits
• Support fixture improvements and process documentation
• Use precision measurement equipment to verify quality
• Support continuous improvement / 5S initiatives
• Mentor and train junior machinists
