  • Position Summary
  • As a disciple of Jesus Christ, the TA will serve in a way that exemplifies Gospel-centered principles, uplifts others, and inspires hope. This role also includes promoting the program internally at Ensign College in alignment with approved policies and standards.
  • Responsibilities
  • Support faculty in managing and delivering UI / UX courses.
  • Ass
  • st with the UX design of applications that streamline grading and assignment feedback.
  • Promote the UI / UX program within Ensign College according to approved guidelines.
  • Provide design support and mentorship to students as needed.
  • Apply Christlike attributes in all interactions, fostering an environment of learning, service, and encouragement.
  • Collaborate with faculty to improve course materials and student experiences.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using AI tools to create, refine, and edit content.
  • Qualifications
  • Significant design experience as a student and / or through external projects or employment.
  • Proficiency with one or more design tools, such as
  • Figma, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong interpersonal and electronic communication skills.
  • Experience using
  • AI tools
  • to enhance design workflows and create / edit content.
