A company is looking for a Braze Retention Marketing Manager to support the technical execution and optimization of various messaging programs.
Key Responsibilities
Build, launch, and maintain customer lifecycle campaigns across Braze (email, SMS, in-app, and push)
Set up and optimize customer journeys, including segmentation, triggers, and personalization logic
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in Braze
Minimum 3 years of experience in email, retention, or lifecycle marketing
Demonstrated experience with Braze Canvas and advanced segmentation logic
Working knowledge of HTML / CSS for email editing
Understanding of data flows and APIs between marketing platforms and CRMs
