Production Manager - Dairy Manufacturing

Are you a seasoned leader in dairy production? Join our team, a premier milk processor dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality dairy products to families across the region.

We're seeking a Production Manager with expertise in fluid milk processing to lead operations at our state-of-the-art facility. If you're passionate about food safety, sustainability, and operational excellence, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily milk processing : pasteurization, homogenization, filling, and sanitation
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, PMO, HACCP, and SQF standards
  • Lead and coach production teams to meet safety, quality, and output goals
  • Manage CIP systems and sanitation protocols
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and logistics

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in dairy manufacturing, specifically fluid milk
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong knowledge of pasteurization, homogenization, and dairy packaging
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
