Arlo is redefining what it means to protect what matters most through intelligent devices and connected subscription services. As we scale our subscription business globally, we're looking for a Sr. Manager of Revenue & Operations to lead the systems, processes, and insights that power our recurring revenue engine. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across billing, payments, subscription operations, and revenue forecasting. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Finance, Product, Customer Experience, and Engineering, ensuring the operational foundations are strong as Arlo accelerates growth across both device and subscription businesses.
From payment success and billing integrity to dunning workflows and financial reporting you'll play a key role in improving conversion, retention, and overall LTV.

The pay range for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at commencement of employment and is expected to be between USD$150,000-180,000 / year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including role, job-related knowledge, skills, relevant education and experience.
