As transactions shift from app stores to web platforms, IAP+ represents our strategic wedge to help creators capture more value while delivering seamless player experiences. You'll be responsible for leading the evolution of Unity's in-app purchasing system, breaking down traditional boundaries between app and web commerce.

What you'll be doing

• Help build the product strategy and roadmap for IAP+, focusing on the critical transition from app-based to web-based transactions while maintaining seamless multi-platform support
• Define and reach important metrics that demonstrate value for developers, including transaction success rates, integration efficiency, and revenue optimization across app and web channels
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams across engineering, design, and business development to implement a cohesive platform experience that serves developers and players
• Partner with key decision makers to align IAP+ with Unity's broader platform vision, ensuring tight integration with Unity Engine, Vector, and analytics capabilities
• Champion player-first solutions by gathering insights from developers and end users, translating feedback into features that solve real monetization challenges
