Key Responsibilities :

Staff Development Coordinator (SDC) : Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs and onboarding for nursing staff.

Infection Preventionist (IP) : Lead infection control efforts, maintain compliance with CDC & CMS guidelines, and promote a safe environment.

Qualifications :

Current RN license (WA)

2+ years in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care

Certification or experience in Infection Control & Staff Education preferred

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Salary / Wage Range
