Pay Range: $55.00-$60.00 per hour

Job Summary:

The Data Analyst III plays a critical role in supporting the design, engineering, and documentation functions within our organization. This position is responsible for the design and coordination of tools and systems to ensure technical accuracy and consistency of documents across engineering teams, adapting to rapid business changes. The ideal candidate will come from an ACE (Architecture, Construction, Engineering) industry background, although this is preferred, not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate tools/systems for efficient reporting in design and engineering projects.
• Ensure document consistency and technical accuracy across multiple engineering teams.
• Manage the production and processing of technical reports and specifications.
• Facilitate strong cross-functional communication within and outside the team.
• Maintain and manage documentation through GitLab and standard office tools effectively.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong GitLab experience.
• Technical Editing high proficiency in documentation editing and consistency
• Document Production/Processing proven experience managing technical reports and specifications
• Familiarity with MS Word and standard office tools

Industry Experience:

• Background in Architecture, Construction, and Engineering (ACE) preferred.
