Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in patient care St. Joseph Medical Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to provide exceptional patient care consistent with our values and regulatory requirements.

In this vital role you will :

• Develop implement and assess patient care plans in collaboration with physicians interdisciplinary teams and patient families.
• Provide direct patient care including assessing planning coordinating evaluating and delegating tasks to the patient care team.
• Educate and consult with patients families physicians and staff to implement optimal nursing interventions.
• Utilize your judgment and critical thinking skills to make patient care decisions within your scope of practice ensuring efficient use of staff and resources.

Job Requirements

Education / Experience

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

One year of related work experience in an acute care setting is preferred.

Possession of a BSN degree is preferred.

License / Certification

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing.

Current Healthcare BLS Certification.

Specialty certification as appropriate to the assigned work unit is strongly preferred.
