Lease up Assistant Manager

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Property Manager to join our team at a luxury property in Madison, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents, assist with leasing and financial operations, and help ensure the community's continued success

Primary Responsibilities

Financial & Administrative :

• Assist the Property Manager in meeting financial goals and maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and submit reports including rent rolls, delinquencies, and move-ins / outs.
• Assist with vendor coordination, billing, and legal documentation.
• Conduct move-in / move-out inspections and ensure accurate lease processing in Yardi.
• Support emergency response procedures and compliance with company standards.

Compensation : $29.50 - $36.00 / hour (full-time, 40 hours per week)
