Shift : 5x8 or 4x10, 40hrs week

M-F 8-4 : 30 or M-Th 8-6 : 30

Years of experience REQ : 2 years

First-timers accepted : No

On-Call : As needed

Weekend REQ : As needed

Locals accepted : No, 100 mile radius rule

Pending License accepted : No, all travelers must be in compliance with NLC guidelines

RTO Restrictions : All RTO must included at time of submission.

Local travelers : Travelers must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be considered
