Interim Behavioral Health Supervisor

The Behavioral Health Supervisor is a pivotal role that demands strong operational skills and a hands-on approach. This position requires high visibility on the floor and active engagement with the team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements for inpatient acute care psychiatric units, preferably for adults and adolescents. Reports to the Behavioral Health Manager.

Requirements:

• BSN required
• PMH-BC Certification, preferred.
• 2-3+ years of leadership experience in Behavioral Health/Psych unit/facility
