As a Supervisor Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our clients. You will be leading a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of compassion, excellence, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership : Manage and support a team of direct care staff, including Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants, and Direct Support Professionals.

Quality Assurance : Monitor and ensure the quality of care provided, adhering to policies and best practices.

Training and Development : Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.

Client Relations : Work closely with clients and families to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

Administrative Duties : Oversee scheduling, staff evaluations, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Social Work, etc.).

Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within healthcare or disability support services.

Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Empathy and ability to motivate and support a diverse team.

Requirements : Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance. Must be at least 18 years of age.
