A company is looking for a Staff Division Buyer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide cradle-to-grave purchasing support by issuing RFQs, negotiating with vendors, and managing Purchase Order documentation
Utilize Deltek Costpoint to process purchase orders and monitor delivery and invoice status
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
3-5 years of purchasing experience
Knowledge of Federal procurement environment and FAR / DFAR requirements
Experience with procurement file documentation for federal acquisitions
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat
