Are you a driven leader ready to help build and scale a high-performance dealership? Imperial Sportbikes is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Sales, Service, and Parts operations directly, drive profitability, and build our leadership team for the future.
About Imperial Sportbikes
Located near downtown Denver, we began in 2006 as an eCommerce store and have grown into the nations largest dedicated Aprilia dealership. We serve customers nationwide with premium motorcycles, expert service, and a thriving motorsports culture.
The General Manager Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role. The GM will oversee all dealership operations, directly manage department staff, and guide the business through an aggressive growth phase with an industry-leading annual growth target. A key responsibility is hiring A-Player Sales, Service, and Parts Managers within the first 12-18 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve industry-leading annual revenue growth by driving performance in sales, service, and parts.
- Build a strong management team by recruiting A-Player department leaders.
- Ensure operational excellence, including workflow, inventory control, and customer experience.
- Develop and execute strategies to exceed profitability targets and grow market share.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high standards.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with full P&L responsibility.
- Lead marketing initiatives, community engagement, and brand-building activities.
