A company is looking for a Hospitality Product Support Analyst for 2nd / 3rd shift.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a support liaison between the support unit and customers for functional and technical assistance
Provide application support by responding to incidents and resolving customer inquiries regarding product functionality
Maintain effective customer communication and manage expectations to ensure satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service or support
Experience using a CRM such as ServiceNow
Proficiency in SQL
Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including weekends and holidays
US Citizenship is required due to government contract requirements
